About the role:

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. You’ll work across leading retail partners with the goal of assisting customers to choose the right JURA automatic coffee machine for their needs. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations by introducing the JURA brand, showcasing the machines, and explaining key benefits while providing a perfect coffee.

• Maintain high merchandising standards and ensure JURA products, POS tickets, and stock are presented correctly.

• Build strong relationships with retail staff and customers and provide customer service that is friendly and professional.

• Provide basic product training to help retail staff understand the features of current and new machines.

The location for this role are leading retailers across Gepps Cross & Woodville.

About you:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Product demonstration experience will be highly regarded but not essential.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• A genuine love of (or interest in) coffee.

• Positive attitude and a team player.

• Experience in retail sales and/or product demonstrations is highly regarded, but not essential – full training will be provided

• Well presented with a bright and engaging personality

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Available to work Saturday & Sunday
