About the role:
As a Sales Team Leader, you will take overall responsibility for customer acquisition and growth across your designated territories, leading a team of Business Sales Representatives (BSRs).

You will support your team through hands-on, in-field training, mentoring, and coaching to drive performance and ensure consistent delivery against acquisition targets and key program KPIs. Your focus will be on building capability, maintaining momentum in the field, and empowering your team to exceed targets each period.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B direct sales

  • Proven experience leading and managing field sales teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

  • A genuine desire to build and foster a high-performance, best-in-class team culture

  • Highly developed negotiation and closing skills

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed business plan targets and performance goals

  • Results-driven, resilient, and accountable for outcomes

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
