About the role:

As a key driver of sales and advocacy in the retail store environment, you will be responsible for helping people discover the magic of Meta’s next-generation wearables — showing how innovation can fit seamlessly into daily life. As a Meta Sales Specialist you will be responsible for;

  • Engaging customers through compelling product demonstrations,

  • Showcasing the benefits of Meta’s innovative technology,

  • Creating excitement around Meta’s products while playing a pivotal role in driving sales performance and championing advocacy for Meta wearables

With your outgoing personality and expertise, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, influence purchasing decisions, and ultimately increase sales of the Meta Wearable product range.

Store location will be JB HI FI Highpoint.

What's on Offer:

  • Minimum $32.67 per hour plus super.

  • Casual position offering flexible hours.

  • Fully paid training and induction provided.

  • Must be available for shifts scheduled Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (additional hours sometimes available on other days).

About You:

  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional in-store experience, demonstrating to & educating customers on the latest tech, and inspire them to explore the possibilities of AR/VR solutions.

  • Experience in retail and/or customer service is an advantage.

  • Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.

  • Well presented with a bright and engaging personality.

  • Skilled with computers and technology.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Ability to merchandise and understand briefing material.

  • While a car and license are not essential, it is advantageous as you can be considered for a wider area of stores.
