We are seeking an experienced National Client Service Manager to lead and grow key client partnerships across Pharmacy Retail and FMCG channels in New South Wales. This is a senior, commercially focused role responsible for end-to-end client leadership, activation strategy, revenue performance and execution excellence through our field teams.

Reporting to the Group Client Service Manager, this role acts as a trusted strategic partner to clients, owning outcomes and ensuring measurable ROI across complex retail environments including pharmacy banners, independent pharmacies, grocery and convenience.

Your Impact 

  • Lead and own client partnerships across Pharmacy Retail and FMCG categories within NSW.
  • Take full accountability for the delivery of client activations, programs and projects against agreed KPIs.
  • Develop and execute activation strategies covering on-shelf availability, distribution, promotional execution, new product launches and incremental displays.
  • Translate client priorities into clear, actionable briefs for field teams and regional leaders.
  • Deliver accurate, insightful reporting including ROI analysis, performance summaries and optimisation recommendations.
  • Own revenue forecasting, invoicing accuracy and management.
  • Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Lead regular client reviews, planning sessions and performance deep dives.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Activation, Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for client issues and strategic discussions. 

What You Bring 

  • Proven experience in client service, account management or commercial leadership roles within Pharmacy Retail and/or FMCG environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with pharmacy groups, banners or independent pharmacy retail is strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, forecasting, ROI and profitability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
  • Strategic mindset with strong activation planning and execution capability.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Ability to manage complexity, lead through change and balance multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting platforms.
