Field Staff Coordinator - Permanent Part Time
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday availability required.
2 Days based in our Bella Vista office & 2 Days from home.

We form part of Strikeforce which employees over 2,500 people Australia wide, providing sales, marketing, sampling and data management services to Australia’s largest retailers.
As the Field Staff Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our talented field team delivers exceptional activations for major retailers and clients every time.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Working four days per week, you’ll support, coach and motivate the field team, ensuring they’re in the right place, with the right tools, at the right time and that every activation runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, support and motivate the field team to achieve KPIs
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure compliance with activation plans
- Manage budgets, mileage and expense claims
- Liaise with retailers, suppliers and logistics partners for seamless execution
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance
- Jump in and problem-solve to keep everything running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
- Ideally experience in field management, sales or operations
- High energy, great organisation, attention to detail and a passion for people
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Sydney
