Strikeforce is an award-winning shopper marketing agency specialising in managing field sales teams, sampling and demonstrations, merchandising and experiential events, with a footprint across the AUNZ market. We work with exciting global brands across FMCG, DIY and consumer electronics.
We are currently searching for a Client Manager, based in Mount Waverley to partner with our valued Clients to plan activation strategies and necessary in store requirements for activation by our field team and reporting requirements to show the results and ROI achieved.
Reporting to the Group Client Services Manager you will be a strategic and sales minded professional, responsible for supporting our clients by maximizing their brands instore potential.
Key functions of the role include:
- Take ownership of Client relationship / activations / tasks / projects to ensure objectives, KPI’s and targets are delivered.
- Develop activities, drives, deals, incentives and agreed targets in conjunction with Clients and National Account Managers to ensure opportunities are maximised through field operations.
- Ensure key priorities are clearly & efficiently communicated to the field team.
- Analyze Retailer reports including KPI ‘s & Industry Reports
- Maximize Client profitability.
- Report back to Clients within agreed timelines on all activation / tasks / projects in both summary and detail formats showing results and ROI.
- Ensure monthly revenue forecasts are accurate.
- Complete monthly reporting and conduct reviews with Clients based on our review calendar.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Retail/Sales Management experience
- Evidence of managing projects, sales budgets and strategic planning
- Experience driving client and business profitability
- High numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail
- Customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people engagement abilities
