About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Field Activation Manager to lead our field team and drive operational excellence across our organization. This critical role will be responsible for optimizing our field activation model, managing team performance, and ensuring we consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize our national field activation strategy
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Regional and State Activation Managers
  • Drive team motivation and engagement through effective communication
  • Ensure field team performance meets and exceeds client requirements and internal targets
  • Optimize recruitment, training, and ongoing performance of field personnel
  • Control operational costs while maintaining high-quality service delivery
  • Represent the company in client performance reviews and strategic discussion

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and analytical skills
